Colombia’s people listen different kinds of music’s. Someone’s likes to hear music where is mixture of African. European music is also popular (e.g. Spanish music). They listen modern American and Caribbean musical forms such as Trinidadian, Cuban and Jamaican. The traditional music in Colombia is an Oral tradition. On certain days of the year, in weddings, birthdays, funerals, Colombians people like to sing songs, dance and also dress themselves special costumes. When salsa music borned , it quick spread to Colombia and now interested many of people in Colombia, like bamuco.

and song-writer. He became popular around the world with the album named Mi sangre. He has got 12 Latin Grammy’s, seven Latin Billboard- and seven MTV Latin America trophys. Colombian Rock is a generic term that describes the different types of rock music from Colombia.
The popular rock bands in Colombia are Speakers, The Flippers, and Genesis. The popular rock artists are Enrique Guzman.
Hip Hop came to Colombia in the early 1980s when a few US dancers spurred a break dance fever among the young of the less privileged areas. The two of the various Hip Hop group were La Ettnia and Gotas de rap, that emerged and are widely considered as the pioneers of Colombian Rap.

When the civil war ended in Sierra Leone, there were a music festival to celebrate peace. All the biggest Sierra Leones stars wanted to be there. The music is mostly rap music e.g. Chosen and Anis Halloway are rap artists. In Kanye West's new album there are song Diamonds from Sierra Leone so called blood diamonds.

The sound of traditional Thai ensemble music might be likened to a stream or river: the main current, the main melody, flow relentlessly onward surrounded by secondary currents that meander in and out of the main flow; here and there little eddies and swirls come suddenly to the surface to be seen momentarily, then to disappear as suddenly. There are no high points and no low points to the ear not educated to this kind of music; it flows onward in a steady non-differentiated band of sound, almost hypnotically, the various threads of seemingly independent melodies of the individual instruments bound together in a long, never-ending wreath like a Greek frieze that constantly repeats the pattern that decorates the top of a wall.
Thai instruments are classified according to a system said to be borrowed from India in ancient times. Four categories are distinguished according to the human activity producing sound on the given instruments. The words given here for instrument categorization (ditt, sii, tii, paw) are identical to those indicated above as the verbs for playing various instruments.
